THE VERBS TER e GOSTAR

Note that we use the verb TER to say how old we are:

e.g.: Renata TEM 30 anos. Seu marido, José, tem 35. Seus filhos, Rafael e Gabriel, tA?m 6 e 4 anos.

And you ……..

Quantos anos vocA? tem? VocA? tem sobrinhos?

The verb GOSTAR in Portuguese is followed by the preposition DE:

e.g.: Tio Tomás GOSTA DE jogar bola. Rafael gosta de tomar chocolate quente.

And you ……..

1. O que vocA? gosta de fazer no seu tempo livre?
   

2. VocA? gosta de ir ao cinema? E ao teatro?
   

3. VocA? gosta de sua cidade?
