She often/frequently wears ...

Eliseu usa terno e gravata diariamente
Eliseu wears suit and tie daily.

Notice that adverbs in Portuguese usually end in MENTE:

Eu costumava assistir novelas, porém atualmente eu só assisto ao noticiário - nowadays. 

Eu costumo ir ao cinema quinzenalmente – every fifteen days.

Eu visito os meus parentes semanalmente - weekly.

The use of LOCUÇÃO AVERBIAL instead of adverbs is very common. So we can also say:

• Here are some words which are largely used in the adverb form: PRINCIPALMENTE (mainly), REALMENTE (really), ATUALMENTE (nowadays), NORMALMENTE (usually), RECENTEMENTE (recently), EVIDENTEMENTE (evidently). 

• And some common “locuções adverbiais”: DE REPENTE (suddenly), POR ACASO (by chance), DE PROPÓSITO (on purpose), À MÃO (hand made), EM BREVE (soon).

Some other adverbs

Ele é um BOM músico. Ele toca BEM o violão.
Ela é uma BOA intérprete. Ela canta BEM.
Eles são MAUS cozinheiros. Eles cozinham MAL.
Nós somos MAUS jogadores. Nós jogamos MAL.
